As previously communicated on August 27, Sealwacs AB (publ) ("SealWacs" or the "Company") now consists of a parent company and two Norwegian subsidiaries, MaxSnus.no AS ("MaxSnus") and We Care AS ("We Care") . When the Norwegian shareholders elected to SealWac's board successively receive shares in the Company, as payment for the shares in We Care and Maxxnus respectively, this is registered as private purchase of shares. It is important to point out that this is only a pure exchange of shares as a result of the acquisitions.
