On December 27, 2021, at an extraordinary general meeting of Sealwacs AB, the name Norse Impact AB was decided. The name change is as of Wednesday 5 January 2022 registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.

The company's stock will trade under a new listing name and short name on the Spotlight Stock Market starting Friday, January 14, 2022. The new listing name will be Norse Impact and the new short name for the stock will be NORSE. The CFI and ISIN codes do not change.

- We in the company are very happy with the new name. There is now an extensive "common thread" in all company names and further down to brand level. The E-cigarette / Vape market, which is still in its early stages, had a turnover in Europe of USD 8.3 billion in 2020, and is expected to increase by 11% in 2021. Snus had a global turnover in 2020 of USD 2.6 billion . The market indicates strong continued growth. Europe is the largest market and
accounts for 40% of the global turnover. Sweden and Norway are the two largest markets in Europe. The company has a strong growth focus, based on organic growth and solid strategic acquisitions, both in the Nordics and the rest of Europe. Important points here are strong synergies, market share gains and sound financial operations.
