Sealwacs AB: Increased number of shares as a result of the acquisition of Norwegian Dampmonopolet AS

The directed share issue Sealwacs AB (the "Company") recently carried out, as part of payment for the acquisition of Norwegian Dampmonopolet AS, has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. Number of shares in the Company after registration amounts to 213,809,675 shares and the share capital amounts to SEK 11,759,532.125.
