Norse Impact has entered into an agreement with DAGAB regarding the distribution of disposable e-cigarettes.

Norse Impact AB (publ) ("Norse Impact" or the "Company") has reached an agreement with DAGAB regarding the supply of disposable e-cigarettes. Norse Impact is now expanding its already very good presence on the Swedish retail market. The agreement takes effect as early as Q2 2023.

Marius Arnesen, CEO of Norse Impact, comments on the main reasons: "We started with e-cigarettes and alternatives to tobacco back in 2013. Back then, we were quite alone in believing in a future in this category. 10 years later, we can state that we were right. One of our long-term goals was to establish DAGAB with us in 2023. With this agreement, we have now further succeeded in strengthening our position in the retail market. It is also an important agreement for the next big step, which is the grocery trade. Our assessment is that the Swedish retail market for e-cigarettes will increase from SEK 180,000,000 (2022) to around SEK 500,000,000 in 2023. The potential and demand for tobacco-free products is enormous, which means that we see the future very brightly. The agreement with DAGAB is only the beginning of our journey, but it was an important and big step to strengthen our position as the Nordic region's fastest growing group in harm reduction".
